Store Policies: Store Policies

1. We have final say in who can dive and who does not dive. Usual reasons why we refuse diving for any guest include, safety to the guest, safety to our other guests, safety to our crew and most importantly, safety to the sea and its inhabitants.

2. No booking is confirmed until full payment has been received and confirmed by us in writing. We reserve the right to release your slot to another guest if we do not receive full payment at least 14 days before the date of the start of your trip.
